Holly Mulholland has been an active member of MNK9SS since 2019, bringing extensive leadership and public safety experience to the team. She currently serves as the Fire Chief for the City of Eagan Fire Department, where she leads with a commitment to service and community safety. With a strong background in fire service leadership and emergency response, Holly brings valuable insight and operational strength to the MNK9SS program.​

 

Holly is partnered with K9 Rory, a yellow Labrador Retriever, who achieved his CST-CE, Type I in LF through FEMA/SUSAR. Together, they are a dedicated and deployable team, prepared to respond to complex and demanding incidents. Rory is a driven and focused working dog who thrives in both training and deployments, especially when his favorite Chuckit ball is involved. His intensity, enthusiasm, and consistent work ethic make him a reliable and valuable asset to the team in both training environments and real-world operations.​

 

In addition to her work with Rory, Holly is actively developing two canine prospects, Rooney and Drax, as part of her continued commitment to the growth and sustainability of the MNK9SS program. Rooney, a Labrador Retriever, is especially tug-driven and demonstrates strong engagement, confidence, and intensity in his work. Drax, an American Shepherd, is highly food motivated and shows strong focus, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to work through challenges in training.
