Meghann joined MNK9SS in 2025, motivated by a lifelong love of animals and a strong desire to give back to her community in a meaningful way. Drawn to service oriented work, Meghann found her path in search and rescue where she continues to commit herself to training alongside her canine partner.

Her canine partner, Bacro, is a German Shepherd bred by Warkonhaus German Shepherds in Pennsylvania and was carefully selected for her confidence and high drive. Bacro embodies the qualities sought in a future search and rescue canine, determined and eager to work. 

 

Bacro is generously funded by The Borca Family, and her name carries deep significance. Bacro was a name created by Bryce and carrying it forward honors his spirit and legacy. Through her training and future service, Bacro represents resilience, purpose, and the powerful impact of community support.
